SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic shipping

​All smaller domestic shipments are sent via Australia Post with tracking included, so you can check the progress of your order. Larger images over 90 cm are shipped via courier. The delivery time for shipments is on average 2-5 business days, but depending on the zone (and during peak traffic periods) these times may change.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. For smaller items we use Australia Post and domestic carriers ( e.g. Startrack & DHL), for larger items we use specialized art couriers.

The order preparation time for shipping is usually 2-3 business days.

 

International Shipping

​International shipping is available for all products, please contact us for a quote.

​RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please ensure you purchase carefully, we unfortunately do not offer a return or refund on change of mind on any item purchased at Simple Things Art Studio.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We do our very best to make sure all products are packed very safely, however on occasion items may arrive damaged during transit. If your painting arrives damaged in any way (to the frame or artwork), please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.

You will need to provide photos of the box as it arrived, and photos of the damage so assessment can be made for the best way to move forward. If possible please keep the packaging as proof of damage or in case the item needs to be returned for rectification.
